We cherish an atmosphere of familiarity when we play J’Ouvert …. to see friend … or a stranger… and know that “we in the band TOGETHER”.

The rich intimate quality of a J’Ouvert morning road experience is what FFTR champions..

The belief is simple… give masqueraders:

… well stocked bar trucks

… music to lift the sprits

… mud and color to unite us

… and friends…

FFTR is developed by artist Che Lovelace and a close knit group of friends and J’ouvert lovers. The band draws on over a decade of experience.

The bands plays in the Woodbrook/St Clair area, Port of Spain.

Lovelace is an artist with a career spanning over 25 years. The Carnival arts is central to many of his projects and he has been involved with several arts and entertainment ventures.
